Pour 100g slowly, then swirl.
To 100g 10s Slow -

Swirl to saturate all grounds.

Pour slowly to 300g.
To 300g 30s Slow -
3:00 04Pour
Final pour to 360g.
To 360g 10s Slow -
5:00 05Wait
Drawdown complete. Add 140g hot water to carafe.

Brew complete. Stir and serve.
