NextLevel Official concentrate and dilute method. Brew 360g through the bed, then bypass with 140g hot water added directly to the carafe.

    Pour 100g slowly, then swirl.

    To 100g 10s Slow
  2. 0:00 02
    Swirl

    Swirl to saturate all grounds.

  3. 1:00 03
    Pour

    Pour slowly to 300g.

    To 300g 30s Slow
  4. 3:00 04
    Pour

    Final pour to 360g.

    To 360g 10s Slow
  5. 5:00 05
    Wait

    Drawdown complete. Add 140g hot water to carafe.

  6. 7:00 06
    Done

    Brew complete. Stir and serve.

Notes

This method brews a concentrated cup with 360g, then dilutes with 140g bypass water for a total of 500g. The high temperature ensures full extraction from the concentrated brew.
