Dark Roast

Next Level LVL-10 Nextlevel by NextLevel Brewer Co

Designed by NextLevel for the LVL-10, this low-temperature method accommodates the high solubility of dark-roasted coffee. It aims for a rounded, chocolate-led cup while limiting bitterness, roastiness, and a dry finish.

Notes

Start at 88°C with a coarse, even grind and keep agitation restrained. If the cup remains smoky or drying, grind coarser before lowering heat further; if it is hollow, tighten the grind slightly without increasing turbulence.
