Intelligentsia Coffee's large-batch French Press recipe. Full boil water, crust forms at 1 minute, break and stir every 10-30 seconds. Variable steep time: shorter for bright, longer for sweet.

Notes

Intelligentsia recommends adjusting steep time based on desired flavor: 4 minutes for brighter, higher-acid cups; 5-6 minutes for sweeter, rounder cups. Stop stirring 1 minute before pressing to let grounds settle. Press to just above the grounds for a cleaner cup.
