Notes

Light roasts need more aggressive extraction. Higher temperature (97°C) and a slightly higher dose extract more from dense beans. The Chemex's thick filter removes oils and fines, creating the tea-like clarity that makes Chemex the ideal brewer for light roasts. Three staged pours.
