    Drawdown over ice. Stir and serve.

Notes

Place 500g of ice in the Chemex before brewing. Finer grind and higher dose extract at double concentration. The ice dilutes the brew to proper strength. The Chemex's clean filtration produces the best batch iced coffee for groups. Stir after brewing to ensure even mixing.
