Method

15s SpiralAdd 20g of coffee and pour 330g of water at 96°C.

Swirl 2 / 50:30
Agitate up and down three times with the claw.

Wait 3 / 50:45
Allow immersion for three minutes.

Perform a slow 40-50 second pull until complete.
