Soup recipe using a 1:5 ratio with an immediate vacuum pull. Concentrated, thick cup meant to be sipped like broth.

Method

Add 18g of coffee, level the bed, and pour 90g of water at 95°C.
To 90g 10s Circular -
0:10 02Wait
Immediately begin the vacuum pull — no steep time.

Pull up quickly to build pressure. Serve straight from the glass.
