Pre-pour 70g of 50°C water into carafe. Pour 100g of 84°C water into AeroPress, wetting all grounds.
+100g 10s Slow -
0:25Stir
Stir in NSNS-WEWE pattern.

Gently press for about 20 seconds into the bypass water.
