    Pour

    Inverted: pour 94ml of 90°C water. Stir 35 times gently.

    +94g 10s Slow
  2. 0:10
    Swirl

    Stir 35 times gently.

  3. 1:20
    Wait

    At 1:20, screw on cap and press out excess air.

  4. 1:40
    Wait

    At 1:40, flip and press for 30 seconds.

  5. 2:10
    Done

    Bypass: add 90°C water to reach 150g total.

Notes

Double-grind: first coarse to remove chaff, then fine (Kinu setting 4). Sift at 100-200μm to remove bitter fines. Yields 58-64g concentrate, bypass to 150g. Target TDS: 1.3-1.35.
