    Pour

    Inverted: add coffee, then spray with about 30g of cold water and press the grounds under the water.

    To 30g 10s Slow
  2. 0:45 02
    Pour

    Add 210g of 100°C water (total 240g). Break the surface with a stir if the coffee is fresh.

    To 240g 15s Slow

    Wait

    Attach the lid.

    Press

    Press slowly over 45 seconds.

  5. 2:45 05
    Done

    Swirl between two jugs and serve (~2:45 total).

Notes

Spray of cold water before the hot pour — 20-45g, adjust by coffee (more for older or denser beans). Main pour is 210g of 100°C water. Aerate by pouring the brewed coffee back and forth between two jugs before serving. Aesir filter works well if you have one; otherwise a single rinsed paper.
