Medium Grind

Voltage Coffee's approach to the Walkure Bayreuth pairs a medium grind with its ceramic dispersion plate. The built-in water distribution reduces pouring demands and aims for an even, hands-off extraction with clarity and body.

Notes

Level the medium-ground bed before fitting the dispersion plate, then pour onto the plate rather than directly onto coffee. Avoid swirling: the bed depth provides its own filtration, and extra agitation can drive fines into the porcelain openings.
