    Pour

    Pour 180g in steady circles to 220g.

    To 220g 30s Circular

    Pour

    Pour final 180g to 400g.

    To 400g 25s Circular
  4. 2:40 04
    Done

    Drawdown complete. Swirl and serve.

Notes

The Mountain Dripper handles larger batches well with its fast drawdown. This recipe works wonders for South American coffees. Not recommended for African coffees. Grind at 28 clicks on Comandante. Total brew 2:40.
