    10s Slow 75°C Valve: Closed

    Close valve, place dry filter, insert barrel, add and level coffee, place dispersion cap, tare. Pour to 60g. Optional slight swirl or light WWDT.

    Open valve to drain the bloom.

    15s Circular Valve: Closed

    Close valve. Pour to 150g. WWDT so most of the bed settles onto the filter.

    +50g add
    10s Circular Valve: Open

    Open valve halfway or a touch more. Pour to 200g.

    Drawdown complete around 3:15–3:30. Dilute the cup with 50g hot water.

Notes

Works well with naturals or slower-flowing coffees. Produces a clean, balanced cup. The cooler bloom and 90°C main pour settle most of the bed onto the filter before drawdown.
