Nel Drip
Nel Drip Traditional by Gota Team

This flash-chilled nel method combines traditional cloth filtration with immediate cooling over ice. Brewing at higher concentration preserves brightness after dilution, while the oils passed by the fabric give the finished cup unusual weight.

Notes

Pre-chill the server and use hard, fresh 120g so melting is predictable. Pour slowly enough to extract sweetness without exhausting the bed, then swirl until the ice has absorbed the heat; grind finer only if the chilled cup tastes hollow.
