Notes

The LVL-10 is a bypass/concentrate brewer. The dispersion cap ensures even water distribution. Low bloom temperature (75-80°C) extracts delicate aromatics while the higher main temperature extracts body and sweetness. Add about 300g hot water to reach drinking strength.
