Close valve. Pour 75g slowly.
To 75g 8s Slow -
0:30 02Wait
Open valve to drain bloom.

Valve open. Pulse pour to 200g.
To 200g 20s Pulse -
1:15 04Pour
Continue pulse pours to 325g, maintaining 2cm water column.
To 325g 30s Pulse -
2:30 05Pour
Final pulse pour to 425g.
To 425g 20s Pulse -
4:00 06Done
