    Drawdown complete. Target 3:00-3:30.

Notes

Verve's approach is intentionally simple: bloom, then two big pours. The Kalita 185's flat bottom and wave filter create natural even extraction, so you don't need complex pour patterns. Coarser grind works well with the restricted flow of the wave filter.
