    Pour 50g slowly, covering entire bed. Let bloom.

    +50g 10s Circular
  2. 0:30
    Pour

    Pour 100g in steady circular motion to 150g.

    +150g 15s Circular
  3. 1:00
    Pour

    Allow coffee to draw down. Pour 50g to 200g.

    +200g 10s Circular
  4. 1:30
    Pour

    Final 50g pour to 250g.

    +250g 10s Circular
  5. 2:30
    Done

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

Uses Graycano Coin adapter with Origami Wave 155 filter. The Coin's seven spouts create a slower, more controlled flow. Grind coarser than without the Coin. The wave filter and Coin together produce a sweeter, more full-bodied cup than the conical setup.
