    Pour

    Add 20g of coffee and pour 330g of water at 96°C.

    Swirl

    Agitate up and down three times with the claw.

    Wait

    Allow immersion for three minutes.

  4. 3:30 04
    Wait

    Perform a slow 40-50 second pull until complete.

  5. 4:15 05
    Done

    Serve.
