    Pour

    Upright: add coffee, then pour 140g of 85°C water.

    To 140g 10s Slow
  2. 0:10 02
    Stir

    Stir 3 times.

    Wait

    Insert the plunger and pull back gently to create a vacuum. Hold until 1:15.

  4. 1:15 04
    Press

    Press for 30 seconds, until you hear the air hiss.

  5. 1:45 05
    Done

    Top up to 156g total and serve.

Notes

Cap with a single dry Aesir filter. Pull the plunger back after seating it to create a vacuum that suspends the slurry until the press. Final dilution: top up to 156g after the press.
