    10s Slow

    Inverted: add coffee, then pour 140g of 88°C water in 10 seconds.

    Stir gently back-and-front 5 times.

    Remove the kettle lid (you will pour from the open kettle later). Cap the brewer and press the air out.

    Flip and give one gentle swirl.

    Press from 1:30 to 2:00.

    +80g add

    Add 80g of hot water from the open kettle straight to the cup, swirl, and let it stand for 1 minute.

Notes

Single rinsed paper filter. Final dilution: 80g of hot water poured straight from the open kettle, then a 1-minute swirl to settle.
