Method

    Pour

    Inverted: add coffee, then pour 140g of 88°C water in 10 seconds.

    To 140g 10s Slow

    Stir

    Stir gently back-and-front 5 times.

    Wait

    Remove the kettle lid (you will pour from the open kettle later). Cap the brewer and press the air out.

    Wait

    Flip and give one gentle swirl.

    Press

    Press from 1:30 to 2:00.

  6. 2:00 06
    Done

    Add 80g of hot water from the open kettle, swirl and let it stand for 1 minute. Serve.

Notes

Single rinsed paper filter. Final dilution: 80g of hot water poured straight from the open kettle, then a 1-minute swirl to settle.
