Method

    Pour

    Inverted: add coffee, then pour 75g of 88°C water.

    To 75g 5s Slow
  2. 0:25 02
    Stir

    Stir 3 times.

    Wait

    Press the plunger lightly and pull it out.

  4. 0:35 04
    Pour

    Add 30g of room-temperature water and 30g of 88°C water (total 135g).

    To 135g 10s Slow
  5. 1:00 05
    Press

    Press gently for 10–15 seconds.

  6. 1:15 06
    Done

    Add 110-130g of bypass water to taste and serve.

Notes

Cap with one rinsed Aesir filter. After the first stir, press lightly to remove the plunger and then add a 30g room-temperature plus 30g hot blend on top. Final dilution: 110-130g of bypass water depending on taste.
