Method

    Pour

    Inverted: add coffee, then pour 230g of 80°C water almost to the top.

    To 230g 10s Slow
  2. 0:10 02
    Stir

    Stir for 10–12 seconds.

  3. 0:25 03
    Wait

    Cap with the rinsed paper filter and flip onto the preheated cup.

  4. 0:35 04
    Press

    Slowly push down, stopping just before you hear air.

  5. 1:30 05
    Done

    Brew complete.

Notes

The original recipe says "fill almost to the top" rather than giving a precise water amount; 230g is a reasonable interpretation for 20g of coffee. Pre-rinse the paper filter and preheat the cup before serving.
