    Pour

    Pour water slowly to the 4 mark (~200g).

    To 200g 10s Slow

    Stir

    Stir gently for about 3 seconds. Insert plunger to create vacuum seal.

    Wait

    Press down with gentle, constant pressure until you hear the hiss (~30 seconds).

  4. 1:40 04
    Done

    Brew complete.

Notes

AeroPress Inc. recommends 80°C for dark roasts, 85°C for medium and light roasts. Pour water to the 4 mark (~200ml). Stir for about 3 seconds. Insert plunger about 1cm to create vacuum seal. Wait 60 seconds. Press with gentle constant pressure until you hear the hiss.
