AeroPress Go
AeroPress Go Aeropress by AeroPress

AeroPress's official iced method for the Go: a strong 1:6.7 concentrate brewed with boiling water and pressed straight onto ice. The flash chill locks in a bright, clean, fruity cup without watering the flavour down.

Notes

Fill your mug with 120g of ice before you press, so the concentrate chills the instant it lands. Grind fine — finer than for a hot AeroPress — because the short, hot extraction needs it to pull enough.
