Cold Brew
Open in appBathtub Coffee's answer to cold brew without the overnight wait: same brewer, same paper, cold water out of the fridge, and a cup three minutes later. What stands in for the missing hours is the grind — extra fine, near espresso — and a ratio of 100g/L that would be undrinkable hot.

Notes
Grinder
Extra fine, well below what any pour-over asks for. It is the only thing doing the work that an eight-hour steep normally does.
