Hario Switch 02 Hario switch
Bypass Concentrate
by Torch Brewers Cup
A "brew a clean concentrate, then dilute" routine from a Torch Brewers Cup champion. A thick low-temperature immersion on the Hario Switch over Kruve-sieved coffee, released after a crust-break and heavy agitation, then cut with a large bypass.
