Notes

Counter Culture uses a hot water bloom before cold water. Pour 300g of 77°C water first to bloom, then add 1300g room temperature water. Steep 6-8 hours. The hot bloom unlocks flavor compounds that cold water alone cannot access. Dilute 1:1 to serve.
