    Drawdown over ice complete. Stir and serve.

Notes

Place 400g of ice in the Chemex before brewing. Use a finer grind and slightly more coffee to compensate for the reduced water volume. The hot coffee melts the ice, creating a perfectly diluted iced coffee. The Chemex filter produces an exceptionally clean iced coffee.
