Notes

Insert a Brewista cone filter and rinse it to warm the glass and clear the paper. Grind medium; water around 93°C. Pour in slow, steady circles from the centre out — the double wall holds the temperature, so you do not need to rush. If the flow feels too fast for your taste, grind a touch finer rather than pouring harder.
