Two Pours

Open in app

Prima Coffee's published Tricolate method simplifies brewing into a bloom and one main addition. The screen supplies even distribution, while the long, fine-ground extraction aims for a sweet, clean cup with minimal technique overhead.

Notes

Use a grind closer to espresso than V60 and swirl gently after the bloom to eliminate dry pockets. A drawdown around 6-10 min is expected; if it runs faster, tighten the grind before adding more agitation.
