    Pour 80g of water through dispersion screen. Swirl to saturate. Wait 1 minute.

    Pour remaining 280g of water to reach 360g. Let drain.

    Drawdown complete.

Notes

Grind finer than V60 — closer to espresso. The dispersion screen distributes water evenly without a gooseneck kettle. Target total brew time of 6-10 minutes. Swirl after blooming to ensure even saturation.
