Method

- 1 Unscrew the pump and coffee basket from the water chamber.
- 2 Add 40g of grounds.
- 3 Tamp the coffee firmly and evenly to the marked fill line.
- 4 Screw the coffee basket onto the bottom of the water chamber, then set the assembly on the carafe.

Fill the chamber gently.

Screw the pump tightly onto the top of the water chamber.

Let it steep.

Prepare 4 / 65:105s
Push the handle down and twist it a quarter-turn to unlock the pump.

Press 5 / 65:1520s
Pump gently 4–5 times, stopping when the concentrate no longer drips into the carafe.

Concentrate ready. Dilute to taste, or serve over ice.
