Origami Dripper M

Light Roast

Origami's brewing guide pairs the M dripper and a cone filter with light-roast coffee, using higher heat to unlock dense beans. Fast drainage through the ribbed walls supports full extraction while retaining a bright, clean cup structure.

Notes

Seat and rinse a V60-style cone paper, then use 96°C water. Keep the stream off the exposed filter to limit bypass. If the cup is sour despite a steady drawdown, grind finer; reduce agitation if it becomes drying.
