10s Slow Valve: ClosedClose valve, place filter, wet the filter and drain the base, close valve, insert barrel, add and level coffee, place dispersion cap, tare. Bloom with 60g (4× dose). WWDT and swirl, then open the valve to drain the bloom.

15s Circular Valve: ClosedClose the valve. Pour to 166g (65%). Swirl, then open the valve to between 1 and 2 o'clock.

15s Circular Valve: ClosedClose the valve before the bed drains. Pour to 255g. Swirl, then open the valve to the same position.
