12s Slow Valve: ClosedClose valve, cover the filter support ridges with water, place filter, drain base, insert barrel, close valve. Pour 120g of water first, then remove the cap, add and level the coffee and WWDT. Replace the cap and tare.

Open the valve to 12 o'clock.

Pour 3 / 40:50+460g add

120s Pulse Valve: OpenPour in several additions, keeping the water column between 200-300ml, until 580g.

Drawdown around 4:30–5:00. Remove the brewer, tare and add 100g hot water to dilute.
