Notes

Set up before you start: cover the filter support ridges with water, place the filter, drain the base, insert the barrel and close the valve. Pour the first 120g of water in, then remove the cap, add and level the coffee, WWDT, replace the cap and tare. Open the valve to 12 o'clock after the immersion charge. Pour into multiple additions, keeping the water column between 200-300ml. Total brew time depends on grind and coffee. The scale reads about 620g at the end with the 40g dose included.
