    Close valve, cover the filter support ridges with water, place filter, open valve to drain the base, close valve, insert barrel, add and level coffee with WDT, place dispersion cap, tare. Bloom with 45g. WWDT.

    Open the valve to 12 o'clock (fully open).

Notes

Shorten the ratio for more developed coffees. Grind coarser for coffees with high fines.
