    10s Slow Valve: Closed

    Close valve, cover the filter support ridges with water, place filter, open valve to drain the base, insert barrel, close valve. Bloom with 50g. WWDT.

    Valve: Open

    Open the valve and drain completely.

  3. Pour 3 / 5

    150g

    +100g add
    12s Circular Valve: Closed

    Close the valve. Pour to 150g for the immersion.

    255g

    +105g add
    20s Pulse Valve: Open

    Open the valve. Wait for the draw-down, then pulse to 255g, keeping the slurry near 1 cm.

  5. Done 5 / 5

    Drawdown around 2:25–2:35.

Notes

Keep the slurry near 1 cm during the pulses. Expect a TDS of 1.3–1.4%.
