    10s Slow Valve: Closed

    Close valve, cover the filter support ridges with water, place filter, drain base, insert barrel, close valve, add and level coffee, place dispersion cap, tare. Steeped bloom with 60g. Swirl or WWDT.

    Open the valve to 12 o'clock.

    10s Circular Valve: Open

    Pour to 120g, water at the top of the base.

Notes

Refill each pour to the top of the base. Fast and forgiving — 2:30 to 3:00 with most coffees.
