Notes
Intelligentsia recommends adjusting steep time based on desired flavor: 4 minutes for brighter, higher-acid cups; 5-6 minutes for sweeter, rounder cups. Stop stirring 1 minute before pressing to let grounds settle. Press to just above the grounds for a cleaner cup.
