Fellow Stagg XF

Fellow's published pulse-pour agitation method for the Stagg XF pairs a circular bloom with four forceful additions. Each pulse lifts and resettles the flat bed, raising extraction for a bold, sweet cup suited to medium or dark roasts.

Notes

Pour with enough flow to mobilize the surface without digging a central crater. Let each pulse settle before the next, and favor a slightly coarser grind for darker or more soluble coffee if the cup develops roast bitterness or dryness.
