Fellow Stagg X

Single Pour

Built from Fellow's Stagg X product guidance, this simplified method uses one main pour after saturation. Double-wall insulation reduces heat loss during the uninterrupted phase, aiming for a consistent, balanced cup with minimal technique overhead.

Notes

Pour continuously at a rate that holds a modest slurry level, keeping the stream low and inside the coffee bed. With no pulses to add agitation, use grind as the primary control: finer for underdevelopment, coarser for a dry finish.
