Fellow Stagg X

Flash Iced

Fellow's Stagg X product guidance underpins this flash-iced preparation, brewing a concentrated hot extraction directly onto ice. A stronger dose offsets dilution, while the flat bed helps preserve sweetness and clarity in the chilled cup.

Notes

Load the serving vessel with ice before brewing and agitate it immediately afterward for uniform chilling. Use a finer grind than for the hot Stagg X recipe to compensate for reduced brew water; coarsen if the cold finish turns drying.
