December Dripper

Quick Immersion

Prima Coffee's guide presents December's dripper as a steep-and-release brewer by keeping its valve shut through extraction. The method favors repeatability over pour precision and produces a rounder, heavier cup with modest clarity.

Notes

Rinse and preheat the ceramic thoroughly, then add 250g promptly so the full bed saturates together. Break any floating crust gently before release. A sluggish drain calls for a coarser grind or less agitation, not a shorter steep.
