Notes

The December Dripper's adjustable valve allows switching between immersion and percolation mid-brew, similar to the Hario Switch but with finer flow control. Start fully closed for immersion body, then open halfway for a controlled percolation that adds clarity. The six-position valve allows precise tuning.
