Method

Pour all 200g of water forcefully in one aggressive pour. Do not pour slowly. Do not stir.

Let sit completely undisturbed for over 4 minutes. Do not touch.

Place the dripper on your server and release the valve.

Notes
RED POISON considers this critical: rinse the filter thoroughly with hot water to eliminate paper taste for long steep times. Pour the full amount of water forcefully in one go -- the aggressive pour agitates and distributes grounds. Do NOT stir or swirl. Adjust water by roast: 200g light, 185g medium, 175g dark. Remove dripper slightly before all liquid drains for a cleaner cup.
