April Brewer

Single Pour

April Coffee's simplified single-pour method relies on the Brewer's flat bed and open drainage rather than a complex pulse schedule. A steady addition after blooming targets an even, approachable extraction with clean light-roast character.

Notes

After fully wetting the bloom, pour at roughly 5g/s with a low, steady stream and consistent circles. Do not chase dark spots with sudden agitation. If the bed domes or drains unevenly, soften the pour before changing grind.
