April Brewer

Iced Coffee

April Coffee's official guide turns the April Brewer into a Japanese-style flash brewer, extracting a compact hot brew over ice. The flat-bottom flow supports even concentration, while immediate chilling aims for clean sweetness and lively aromatics.

Notes

Put 120g in the server before rinsing the filter into a separate vessel, so rinse water does not melt the ice. Brew with 180g, then swirl until cooling is uniform. A thin result needs finer grinding, not extra hot water.
