    Pour

    Inverted at 4th mark: pour 50g of 96°C water via Melodrip.

    To 50g 6s Slow

    Wait

    Let the coffee bloom for about 30 seconds.

    Pour

    Second pour of 50g via Melodrip.

    To 100g 6s Slow

    Stir

    Light NSEW stir for 10 seconds.

    Wait

    Place cap with rinsed Aesir filter and gently remove excess air (~10 seconds).

    Press

    Gently swirl, then press for 30-40 seconds. Yield ~76-79g.

    Done

    Bypass: warm water to 130-135g, then 20-30g room temp 0ppm water. Serve.

Notes

Uses Melodrip for gentle saturation (two 50g pours). 1 Aesir filter, rinsed. Aquacode water diluted to ~85-90ppm with 0ppm water. Yield ~76-79g concentrate. Bypass: warm water to 130-135g, then 20-30g room temp 0ppm water.
