    Pour

    Inverted: add coffee, then pour 60g of room-temperature water.

    To 60g 5s Slow
  2. 0:05 02
    Stir

    Stir 8 times.

    Pour

    Pour 95°C water to 190g total.

    To 190g 10s Slow
  4. 1:30 04
    Wait

    Cap with the rinsed double filter and flip onto the cup.

  5. 1:35 05
    Press

    Press until 2:00.

  6. 2:00 06
    Done

    Dilute with 10g of room-temperature water and serve.

Notes

Built around an Ethiopian Guji. Cap with two Cafec light-roast paper filters trimmed to fit the AeroPress, rinsed. 60g of the brew water is room temperature for the bloom; the remaining 130g goes in at 95°C. Final dilution: 10g of room-temperature water.
