    Pour

    Inverted: add coffee, then pour 50g of 80°C water.

    To 50g 5s Slow
  2. 0:05 02
    Stir

    Stir 5 times.

  3. 1:00 03
    Pour

    Pour 100g of 75°C water (total 150g).

    To 150g 10s Slow
  4. 1:10 04
    Wait

    Cap with the rinsed double filter and release half the air.

  5. 1:15 05
    Stir

    Stir 20 times.

  6. 1:30 06
    Wait

    Flip onto the cup.

  7. 1:35 07
    Press

    Press over 30 seconds.

  8. 2:05 08
    Done

    Add 30g of cold water and serve.

Notes

Two paper filters, rinsed. Pour temperatures step down: 50g at 80°C, then 100g at 75°C, finishing with 30g of room-temperature water as a final dilution.
